Leila Sterenberg is a journalist graduated from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, with a Master's degree in Digital Communication and an MBA in International Relations from Fundação Getulio Vargas. With 25 years of experience in television, including roles at Bloomberg in New York and TV Globo in Brasilia, she became known at GloboNews for her live coverages, interviews with world leaders, and international reporting. Today, she develops brand communication projects with major media partners, including Editora Globo and SESC.

She collaborates with the think tank Instituto Brasil-Israel and is a senior fellow at CEBRI. She conducts media training for executives, moderates high-level debates, and hosts international events such as the BRICS Business Forum and Business 20. Her clients include the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo and the National Confederation of Insurance Companies.

She is also a TEDx speaker and director of the documentary Letters from Bessarabia.
