30 years of experience in Investment Banking at global financial institutions including JP Morgan, Bank of America and ING Bank. Experience in Brazil, United States, England and Africa. Acted until Jun-24 as Executive Director of Capital Markets at BNDES, also leading the areas of Fundraising, International Dep., IR and Credit Restructuring. Served as CEO of Standard Bank Brasil and as a member of the Executive Committee of Standard Bank International from 2018-2023.

She has held different leadership positions in Investment Banking at global financial institutions, including JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, ING Bank and Banif Investment Banking.

Natália currently serves as non-executive director at Igua Saneamento S.A and at Future Climate Ltd. She also sits on the advisory boards of Din4amo Impact Venture Building, the Blended Finance Receivables Investment Fund (FIDC) Estímulo and the Imagine Brasil initiative by Fundação Dom Cabral. She is a senior fellow of CEBRI – Brazilian Center of International Relations under the Africa Chapter.
