Trustee at the Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI). Mr. Rzezinski was Director of Institutional Relations at ENEVA from 2014 to 2019. Previously, he was Vice-Chair of Corporate Affairs and Public Policy at BG Brazil from 2010 to 2014, Senior Vice-Chair, External Relations at Embraer from 2000 to 2010 and Director of External Relations and International Trade at Xerox do Brasil from 1986 to 2000.

He served as Chair of the Brazilian Association of Information Technology and Office Equipment (APRIMESC), Co-Chair of the Brazil-United States Business Council and Chair of the American Chamber of Commerce of Rio de Janeiro-Amcham Rio. He began his career at the National Housing Bank (1967 to 1986).

Mr. Rzezinski holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro-1971 and a master's degree in Planning with specialization in Regional, Urban and Economic Planning from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA)-1976. He holds the Order of Merit of the Southern Cross for relevant services rendered to the country during his administration at Embraer.
