Specialist in issues related to international trade negotiations and foreign trade policy. Sandra is Professor of Commercial Policy at the Department of Economics of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and consultant of the National Confederation of Industry.

Sandra Rios is an economist, with a master degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. She was coordinator of the International Integration Unit of the National Confederation of Industry and researcher at the Institute of Economic and Applied Research - IPEA (Rio de Janeiro).
