CEBRI, in partnership with Ocean Energy Pathway, introduces a new episode of CEBRI Conversa: “Connections That Transform: Oceans, Energy, and the Climate Future.” The conversation brings together Elbia Gannoum, COP30 Special Envoy for Energy, and Marinez Scherer, COP30 Special Envoy for Oceans, in a dialogue about how oceans and energy intersect on the climate agenda and can serve as central allies in the global effort to limit warming to 1.5 °C.
